The 5 color pastas are made with various combinations of tomatoes, beets, spinach, turmeric and squid ink (nero di sepia). Sapori Antichi was founded by Marco Zanier in 1996 and is located in the Udine Provence in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. There, in the Carnic Alps, the pasta ingredients receive their best components-air, water, and sun.
